Sulphur Springs City Hall - Technology Infrastructure – Tandem Consulting, LLC performed Technology infrastructure design and Construction Administration for the same. The project was completed in 2014 at a cost of $175,000.00
City Business Office & Police Department Renovation – Tandem Consulting, LLC performed as Construction Manager Advisor for the two phase renovation of the Old City Municipal Complex. Each phase displaced City staff into temporary buildings on site. The second phase will complete in March 2016 at a total cost of $1,250,000.00
Sulphur Springs ISD – Tennis Complex – Tandem Consulting, LLC performed as Construction Manager Advisor for this 8 Court Tennis Complex and Classroom. The project was completed in 2015 at a cost of $1,800,000.00
Sulphur Springs ISD - Auditorium Renovation – Tandem Consulting, LLC performed as Construction Manager Advisor for the renovation of a 38 year old Auditorium. The structure was stripped to the bones and renovated to current compliance and standards for Performing Arts. The project was completed in June 2016 at a cost of $4,367,000.00
Sulphur Springs – Hopkins County EDC, Diversified Storage Manufacturing – Tandem Consulting served as Owner Representative for the construction of this new 50,000 S.F. industrial building. The project was scheduled for completion in March 2016 at a cost of $3,000,000.00.
